Frequently Asked Questions - Registration
Who can register?
  • High School Seniors (any gender) “Class of 2025” who are enrolled in High School and live in Easton, Fairfield, Redding, Weston, Westport, or Wilton may Register for The Red & White Charity Ball for their town of residence. (With a Guest)

  • High School Juniors (any gender) “Class of 2026” who are enrolled in High School and live in Easton, Fairfield, Redding, Weston, Westport, or Wilton may Register for The County Assembly Charity Ball for their town of residence. (With a Guest)

  • See homepage for dates/times for each Charity Ball by town.

What if I live in one of the towns but I go to high school somewhere else?
For Example: I am a senior and live in Westport, but I attend a private school in Milford.
  • If Registrant lives in one of the Member Towns (Fairfield, Easton, Redding, Weston, Westport, Wilton) they may register for the appropriate dance for their town of residence and their grade.
    (The student above would register for the Red & White ball for Westport.)


Who is the Registrant?
The Registrant is the student that creates a Registration account online and enters all information for:
  • Themselves, their Parent/Guardian
  • Their Guest, and the Guest Parent/Guardian

The Registrant is also responsible for making the Registration Payment. No payment is requested of the Guest.

What information do I need to register?
Name – Email Address – Cell Phone Number
This information is required for all individuals listed in the Registration:

  • Registrant
  • Registrant’s Parent/Guardian
  • Guest
  • Guest’s Parent/Guardian

The registration is not complete without this information.
  • Full payment must also be made at the time of Registration


Do my Guest and I both need to make Registration accounts?
No. Only one individual should make a Registration account. That person will be considered the Registrant. The person accompanying the Registrant will be the Guest.

Can I change my Guest after I’ve already completed my Registration?
Yes! The Registrant simply needs to:

  • Log into their Registration account
  • Delete all information (name, email address, and cell phone #) related to the Guest and Guest Parent/Guardian.
  • Enter all information for the new Guest and Guest Parent/Guardian
  • A Consent & Waiver form will automatically be emailed to the new Guest and Guest Parent for completion.
